I received my Cerficate of Life Coaching from the International Coaching Federation two years ago and I have only found more and more fulfillment in helping others on their individual journeys. 

What makes me qualified to help you find your way through the most complicated relationships in anyone’s life? 

My degree of course! 

Also, I began my education with a Bachelor of  Arts in English with a Minor in Psychology.

I then received my Bachelor of Education and became a teacher.

When I was going through kidney failure, on dialysis and unable to work, I found my passion is helping others instead of dwelling on my own troubles. 

The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves which affects every other relationship we will ever have. It is important to take care and nurture this relationship. This is what my role is, to facilitate and support you as you nuture your most important connection in your life.
